It's a boy............ ho ho....

The blog is no longer the 'New Born'... there is going to be another 'New Born'....
The real "new Born'....
The little boy has taken me over a roller coaster ride already... :D
All the 'vomiting' of the first trimester....
Honeymoon experience of second trimester....

All the complaing and moaning of last trimester...
Oh boy... for all the kicks i get from inside... :) pregnancy is fun.. :D

egg kurma.. my style :)

This is a post after a long long time...  and it is a post because of accidental tasty egg kurma dat i made for dinner today... :D
Ingredients:
1)boiled eggs - 5
2)sliced onions - 1 (medium)
3)sliced tomato - 1medium one/2 small ones
4)ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tblspoon
4)turmeric powder - 1 tsp
5)curry powder - 1 tblsp (i used sakthi masala)
6)mutton masala, garam masala - 1 tsp each ( just for some additional taste )
7)salt, chilli powder - to taste

To grind:
1) shredded coconut - 2 tblspoon
2)fennel seeds - a pinch
3)tomato-1 small

For tempering:
1)cooking oil - 2 tsp
2)mustard - a pinch
3)fennel - a pinch
4)ural dal - a pinch

* after adding the ground paste and letting it boil until coconut and tomato gets cooked, add 2 eggs in the mixer grinder and mix it well into a fine liquid. Just before switching off the stove add the ground eggs and boil for 10 mintues and switch off the flame.
